Registering your child reserves a space for your child in the classroom for the upcoming school year. Registration begins January 23rd for currently enrolled students and January 29th  for new students. Placement will be determined on a first come, first served basis with priority given in the following order: Currently Enrolled Students, Shades Crest Baptist Church Members, New Students.
Special requests will be considered. However, no guarantees are made that your special request will be met. All special requests will be considered in the order they are received. Classes are subject to change.

If you are interested in our program, please consider filling out the registration form and submitting your payment as soon as possible to secure your child’s place in the classroom. We do not deposit enrollment checks until you have confirmed placement. 

To officially enroll your child, please complete the following steps:
1.  Complete the registration form available online or outside the Weekday office.
2.  Submit the completed registration form and registration fee to the Weekday office or in the locked drop-box outside the Weekday office.  Your slot is confirmed when both your payment and enrollment form are received.

Tours are regularly given each week .  Please email the director to schedule an appointment.  We are always eager to answer your questions about the program, so please call  if you have a specific question.  During the summer months tour days and times may vary.  


Every parent is expected to attend a Parent Only Registration Evening held before the beginning of the new school year.  Information will be sent home in July providing the date for this meeting.

The following documents will be completed by the parents at this meeting.  They must be on file with the preschool prior to your child’s first day of school.  If your child registers after the first day of the new school year, these forms must be completed before your child may attend:

  • Enrollment form
  • Health and Safety form
  • Current/Updated Blue Immunization form
  • Parent Pledge
  • Photo/Directory/Carpool Release
  • Parent/child form of Affidavit
  • August tuition, registration, and supply fees.
