2021-2022 Preschool Registration

Registration begins January 27th for currently enrolled students and February 1st for new students beginning at 7:30am.

2021- This year will be a Drive Thru-Drop Off Registration through our carpool line under the portico at the side of the church from 7:30am-9:30am.

Placement will be determined on a first come, first served basis with priority given in the following order:

Currently Enrolled Students, Shades Crest Baptist Church Members, New Students.
Special requests will be considered. However, no guarantees are made that your special request will be met.

All special requests will be considered in the order they are received.

Classes are subject to change. 

Current student’s financial account and immunization records must be up to date, to register for next school year.

 We do not deposit registration checks until you have confirmed placement. 

To officially enroll your child, please complete the following steps:
1.  Complete the registration form available online.
2.  Submit the completed Registration Application form, $125 registration fee, and child’s Immunization record to the Weekday office. When your payment, registration application and immunization form are received, you will be notified of placement status. We will NOT deposit your registration fee, if you are wait listed.

January 2021 -Currently we are not offering in person tours. Please contact the Weekday Office with any questions.

Tours are regularly given each week .  Please email the director to schedule an appointment.  We are always eager to answer your questions about the program, so please call  if you have a specific question.  During the summer months tour days and times may vary.  


Fall Parent Only Registration is held before the beginning of the new school year.  Information will be sent home in July providing the date for this event.

The following documents will be completed by the parents. They must be on file with the preschool prior to your child’s first day of school.  If your child registers after the first day of the new school year, these forms must be completed before your child may attend:

  • Enrollment form
  • Health and Safety form
  • Current/Updated Blue Immunization form
  • Parent Pledge
  • Photo/Directory/Carpool Release
  • Parent/child form of Affidavit
  • August tuition, registration, and supply fees.
